He also was knowledgeable enough to point out other potential problems, that could result, from the set up of my duct system in relation to the furnace, all without pressuring me into an up-sale situation. I got to True Comfort and they were able to get me in the same day! When Logan arrived, as always the furnace fires right up like there wasn’t an issue. He was still determined to find the problem. He went above and beyond checking pressures at all possible fail points. He pulled the system apart and found the last service cleaning did not do a great job.
