5.2 Customers must notify us of any changes or issues promptly during the service period.

Messages you send through the chat window may be answered by a member of our team or, where our chat vendor enables it, by an automated assistant; an automated response is not a diagnosis, an estimate, or professional advice, and any automated assistant will be identified as such in the chat window.
