How does the True Comfort Savings Plan work?+

For $199.99 a year (or $16.67/month) you get an annual furnace inspection and maintenance, an annual A/C inspection and maintenance, no after-hours fees ever, 10% off any repair, and 24-hour priority service. Best of all: every dime you spend on the plan is credited back in full toward your replacement system when the time comes.

Is an annual tune-up really worth it?+

In Iowa's climate, yes. An annual furnace and A/C inspection catches small problems before they become breakdowns, keeps efficiency up, and extends your equipment's lifespan. Qualifying MidAmerican Energy customers can even get an AC tune-up for just $44 — MidAmerican pays $85 of the regular $129 price.

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?+

We currently offer a FREE diagnostic on broken air conditioning systems with no after-hours, weekend, or overtime charges. And every True Comfort Savings Plan member never pays an after-hours fee — that's part of the plan, all year long.

Will the price change after you start the work?+
