To size a tankless unit, you must calculate your "maximum simultaneous demand." This means adding up the flow rates of every fixture you might use at the exact same time.
- Showerhead: 2.0 to 2.5 GPM
- Kitchen Faucet: 1.0 to 1.5 GPM
- Dishwasher: 1.0 to 2.0 GPM
- Washing Machine: 1.5 to 2.5 GPM

I got to True Comfort and they were able to get me in the same day! When Logan arrived, as always the furnace fires right up like there wasn’t an issue. He was still determined to find the problem. He went above and beyond checking pressures at all possible fail points. He pulled the system apart and found the last service cleaning did not do a great job.
